A NEW Pre-Fixe Summer Menu @ Il Nuovo Perugino Enoteca hopes to take the sting out of the increased IVU tax here in Puerto Rico.
Available for a limited time period Il Nuovo Perugino Enoteca has designed a mouth watering prix-fixe menu for $39 (tax and gratuity are not included). The first 3 courses have 3 options and include dishes such as Tortino Di Melanzane, Tagliolini Primavera, Fresh Fish of The Day. You can also order Veal Shank or Lamb Loin for an additional cost of $6. Desserts are also included and change daily.
Additionally, guests will enjoy a 4.5% discount (taken before tax), to soften the blow of the new increased IVU tax.
