I just wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to all the readers of this site and to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope 2017 turns out to be a great year for everyone.
Now here in Puerto Rico the magic of Christmas starts early and ends late so there is plenty of time to enjoy the many dishes and drinks that are enjoyed at this time of year; Coquito, Morcilla, Pernil, Tembleque and more.
So here at Tasting Puerto Rico, I put together a small Christmas Checklist; let’s see how many you will be able to check off. So far I’ve managed 6 🙂
