The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort will be hosting a new edition of its popular gastronomic festival: “FUDIS Farm Fresh”.
FUDIS Farm Fresh will take place on the weekend of Oct 1 & 2 and will feature a diverse group of some of the most popular Food Trucks in Puerto Rico.
For the first time at the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, the food truck festival will also include an Agricultural Market featuring fresh, organic and locally produced artisan products.
Early this month participating food trucks had a brainstorming session with the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort Executive Chef Gustavo Sanchez. During the brainstorming session several dishes were prepared using fresh produce from the resorts nursery which served as inspiration for the Farm Fresh creations that will be on offer from the food trucks.
The agricultural market will feature:
- Local as dressings, vinaigrettes, passion fruit jellies and piques from Umpierre Products
- Honey products and more from San Sebastian
- Sweats and more from Amelia
- Sangría Verbenera
- Caribbean Ice Pop with their natural fruit popsicles
- Local sausage products from Alcor Foods
- Farm produce from Finca Hermanos Torres
