Bar Gitano’s NEW Bottomless Brunch created by Executive Chef Carlos Vazquez includes new brunch menu items and unlimited Sangria, Bloody Mary and Mimosas.
New Menu Items for the Bottomless Brunch include:
- Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with whipped cream, strawberries & nutella
- Funky Mac-Gitano with Italian sausage, sweet plantain, bacon & egg on an open faced English muffin w / patatas bravas
- Banana Bread French Toast with caramelized bananas PB & whip cream
- Country Fried Steak a caballo (topped with a fried egg), with local mash & sausage gravy
- Spanish Omelet – eggs, eggplant, potatoes, caramelized onions with saffron aioli & toasted bread with tomato
- Gitano Croque Madame (Spanish croque Madame) herb waffle, smoked salmon & spinach cream sauce topped with fried eggs
The Gitano Bottomless Brunch costs $26.90 and includes a special menu dish and ‘unlimited’ choice of Sangria, Bloody Mary and Mimosas with natural juices for a two hour period from the time the order is placed.
